Rudd, King Homers Power Rockabillys to 7-5 Win over River Dragons

The Rockabillys were able to take home back-to-back wins over the Alton River Dragons over the past two days, coming out on top tonight with a 7-5 victory.

Dalton Rudd and Stan King's homers were the main catalyst for the win, as the Goats were able to erase an early deficit and tie the game at 5 runs apiece heading into the seventh inning before King launched a no-doubter to break the tie and give the Rockabillys a 7-5 lead they would never relinquish.

The Goats improve to 13-6 on the season with the win, and they have won their last three games.   They will take on the Full Count Rhythm at home with Roberts Jewelers/107.7 presenting "Diamonds on the Diamond".  500 ladies are invited on the field to grab one of 500 balloons.  Each balloon will have a 1/2 carat gem - 495 will be zircons and five will be real diamonds.  Ladies can take their gems back to Robert's Jewelers to find out who has the real diamonds plus receive a special pricing on a ring mount.  Fireworks will be following the game.
