Rockabillys Give Up Huge Comeback, Fall in Dramatic Fashion to Catfish

The Rockabillys suffered their second loss in a row tonight as they fell to the Cape Catfish in a high-scoring affair by a score of 13-9.
Things got off to a great start for the Goats as they took a 9-1 lead in the fourth inning thanks to some timely hitting and the extremely solid pitching of newly-signed Skyler Morrson. But once Morrson went out for the day in the fifth inning, things started to turn in the Catfish's favor. The Catfish had cut the lead to 9-6 by the end of the sixth, and a monster five-run eighth inning allowed them to eventually take the 13-9 victory and send the Rockabillys home with their second consecutive loss.
The Rockabillys drop to 9-11 in the second half of the season and 26-21 overall with the loss, and they also drop to third in the South division behind the Catfish and the O'Fallon Hoots. They will look to get back on track and make one final push for the postseason as they face the division-leading Hoots at home tomorrow at 7:00 PM CDT.
